Fellow Stagg Pour-Over Dripper


Whether you're a coffee expert or novice, Stagg Drippers will help you consistently brew the perfect cup. Use the ratio aid to ensure the right amount of coffee, every time. Take advantage of Stagg's vacuum insulated body, steep slope and unique hole pattern to kick your pour-over recipe up a notch.

  • Materials: Stainless Steel Body, Silicone Gasket
  • Ratio: 1:16
  • Grind: Pour Over
  • Stagg [XF] Pour-over Dripper
  • 15 filters
  1. Fill your kettle with at least 0.75 liters of water and heat to ≈ 207°F
  2. Weigh 25 grams of coffee and grind at a medium setting
  3. Position the brewer, filter, and carafe on the scale
  4. Gently add around 30 grams of water to pre-wet the filter and discard
  5. Add your ground coffee to the brewer, shake to level, and zero out the scale
  1. For the first pour (aka “The Bloom”), start the timer, and pour 60 grams of water over the coffee; begin in the middle, and pour outward in concentric circles.
  2. At 0:40, pour slowly in concentric circles until the scale another 100 grams of water.
  3. At 1:20, pour slowly in concentric circles until the scale reads 400 grams.
  4. Allow remaining liquid to pass through the brewer.
  5. Gently lift the brewer and serve.
