This is some of the most delicious wildflower honey we've ever tasted, from Burgeoning Farm. Beekeeper Adam Fisher maintains several hives around Floyd County and removes only a portion of the honey from each hive, allowing the bees to keep most of their prized possession.

Planting aromatic and medicinal herbs around the hives keeps the bees healthy and mite-free, and incorporating bio dynamic farming methods to his bee-tending adds to the majesty of this wonderful honey. When raw honey crystallizes, just place the sealed jar in a pot of warm water for about 20 minutes. It'll reconstitute in no time.
